Here at Mallusjoki, we have started a project by studying where in Finland people come from to our events. And because simplicity is beautiful, we have also started the study with a simple methodology. We have a map on the wall where customers can mark their hometown with a pin. This way we can collect anonymous data easily and effortlessly!

The first data collection round went well. 52 out of 220 customers answered the study. We determined that the location of the map is challenging, so for further studies we should improve its accessibility. However, the study turned out to be interesting also from the customers´ point of view, so we will continue with this in the future as well!
